Newfoundland Part 3

Newfoundland Holiday Part 3

Here is a few more pictures on the West Coast of Newfoundland. We went to Rocky Harbour and Norris Point.
At Norris Point we had a tour of the Sea Aquarium where there was a lot of things to touch and feel.

Then we took the view in looking down on Norris Point.

The day before we left we went to the beach at Shallop Cove. I have done a few thread paintings
of Shallop Cove. Shallop Cove has a little stream running into the ocean and the boys had fun building a bridge over the stream and damming up the water.
They roared with laughter when Papa Paul over balanced and topple on his backside into the water.

The end to a wonderful holiday with cousins and aunties and uncles. Not only building bridges
over the stream but building memories of happy holidays.

At the end of their time in Newfoundland and heading back to Hong Kong for school, we managed to get a much awaited family holiday time together as a family to celebrate Papa Paul's 70th birthday a bit late, it is hard to get everyone together when you have two busy pilots in the family.
We had three days at The Great Wolf Lodge near Niagara.

Here are two thread paintings I finished the other day.

And on closing we are thinking and praying for safety for all those that are caught in the Hurricane Irma.

Hoping next time to have a different blog with recipe's for you to try and a little look around my sewing studio, hmmm!! I better get down there and tidy up!!

Until next time
Bye.
Ally.
